What the site is, and isn’t

The content here describes our services and is for general information. Prices, timelines, and figures shown are illustrative of typical engagements and are not an offer or a guarantee. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. A binding relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement.

Engagements

Any diagnostic, install, or ongoing (“Operate”) service is defined by a separate signed agreement covering scope, fees, timing, guarantees, and terms. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs. Guarantees exist only as written in that agreement.

Intellectual property

The site, its copy, design, marks, and graphics are owned by Converge and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of anything we build for you in an engagement is set by your agreement — as a rule, what we build runs in your accounts and stays yours.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share with us as confidential and will enter a mutual NDA on request before substantive discussions. Details are governed by that NDA and your engagement agreement.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling, analytics, or hosting). We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their own terms and policies apply.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Liability arising from an engagement is governed and limited by the signed agreement for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Converge Forensics, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be resolved in the courts located there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
