Converge Intelligence is operated by Converge Forensics, LLC (“Converge,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers convergeintelligence.ai and the information we handle when you contact us or engage us. Last updated July 2026.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form or book a call, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business or organization, email, phone number, the size of your operation, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics through your browser — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data — to understand how the site is used. This may involve cookies or similar technologies.

Information from an engagement. If you engage us, we may be given access to your systems and data to do the work. That access is read-only and credentialed unless we agree otherwise in writing, everything stays in your accounts and tenant, and it is governed by the engagement agreement and any NDA — not by this website policy.

How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and follow up.
• To provide, scope, and deliver the services you ask about or engage us for.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it — or your business’s data — to train AI models.

How we share it

We share information only as needed to run the business, and only with providers bound to protect it. Concretely, this site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), measures usage with Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, schedules calls through Calendly, and sends transactional email through Resend; we also share information with professional advisors where needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. During an engagement, what transits which AI or software vendor is scoped in writing, and those vendors are contractually barred from training on your data.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager) to measure site usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. No advertising or retargeting pixels are active unless and until noted here.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; we will honor those rights as applicable.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
